Who can take part

  • You must have rhabdomyosarcoma or hepatoblastoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after at least one prior treatment, and no other standard treatments are available for you.
  • Any side effects from previous treatments must have mostly gone away (except for hair loss or nerve problems that are mild, or hormone issues managed with medication).
  • If you have hepatitis B, you must be on antiviral therapy and have no detectable virus. If you have hepatitis C, the virus must be undetectable.
  • You cannot have had a solid organ or stem cell transplant, certain lung problems, active brain tumors, or serious heart conditions.
