Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and has low or ultralow HER2 levels.
  • Your cancer cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have tried endocrine therapy, and it stopped working.
  • You have been treated with a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
  • You have not had chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer.
  • You can provide a fresh or archived tumor sample for testing.
  • You are in good overall health (ECOG 0 or 1).
