Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- Your cancer must be advanced (spread or cannot be removed by surgery) and you must have a specific gene change called an NRG1 fusion, confirmed by a tumor or blood test.
- You need at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You must be willing to provide a new or recent tumor tissue sample for testing.
- You must have good overall health (able to do daily activities) and adequate organ function (like bone marrow, kidneys, and liver).
