  • You are a child or teenager between 7 and 18 years old with hearing loss in one or both ears that is being treated with hearing aids or other devices.
  • You visit the audiology clinic at Erasmus MC Sophia Children's Hospital in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
  • You are a parent or caregiver of a child in this age group with hearing loss.
  • You are an audiologist or healthcare provider who regularly uses patient-reported outcome measures at that clinic.
  • You are able to fill out a questionnaire (with help from a parent if needed).
