  • You are between 1 and 17 years old.
  • You are a patient at the Ear, Nose, and Throat clinic at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.
  • You are scheduled to get ear tubes (tympanostomy tubes) placed as part of your regular medical care.
  • You or your parent must agree to sign a form showing you understand and agree to be in the study.
