Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced colon or rectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed.
- Your tumor must test positive for a protein called Claudin18.2.
- You have already tried at least two standard chemotherapies (like fluorouracil, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin) and your cancer progressed.
- You are in relatively good health (able to do light activities) and have adequate blood counts, liver, and kidney function.
- You do not have serious heart problems, active infections, or uncontrolled autoimmune diseases.
