Who can take part
- You must have one of these conditions: lupus nephritis (active Type III/IV), systemic sclerosis, or Sjogren's syndrome with pulmonary hypertension.
- You need a kidney biopsy within 6 months (for lupus nephritis) or a right heart catheterization (for Sjogren's with PAH).
- Your liver and kidney function must be adequate (ALT/AST ≤ 3x normal, bilirubin ≤ 2x normal, kidney function eGFR ≥ 30).
- You cannot have had prior CAR T-cell therapy (other than CD19-CART).
- You must not have active infections, hepatitis B/C, HIV, or syphilis.
- You should not be on more than 30 mg/day prednisone or be pregnant/breastfeeding.
