Blood thinners for brain blood clot in Chinese patients
Part of Brain & nervous system, Heart & circulation clinical trials.
This trial tests two blood thinner medicines, edoxaban and rivaroxaban, in Chinese patients with a blood clot in a brain vein (cerebral venous thrombosis). It aims to see if these medicines are safe and work well.

This trial tests whether adding a medication called batroxobin to standard blood thinners can help treat blood clots in the veins of the brain better than blood thinners alone. It is for people who have been diagnosed in the last month and are not at high risk for bleeding.
This trial tests a type of blood thinner called DOACs for people with a clot in a brain vein (cerebral venous thrombosis). DOACs may be an easier treatment option, and this study looks at how well they work in adults in Vietnam.
This trial compares two blood thinners, Rivaroxaban and Apixaban, to see which works better for people with a blood clot in a brain vein. It may help find the safest and most effective treatment for this condition.
This study looks at how “blood marker” results relate to how well direct oral blood thinners (NOACs) and ticagrelor work, and how likely bleeding might be. If you take these medicines for heart or clot conditions, the trial may help doctors better predict your bleeding risk.
This study looks at people with cerebral venous thrombosis who were treated with blood thinners taken by mouth (or started within the first 30 days). It uses observational data to understand how these treatments are used and what outcomes may follow.
This trial tests whether a blood thinner called rivaroxaban (a pill) works well for older Chinese patients who have had a blood clot in their lungs and are now on long-term treatment. It aims to see if it's safe and effective for this group.
