Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with one of the following: Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, vascular parkinsonism, drug-induced parkinsonism, corticobasal degeneration, or dementia with Lewy bodies.
- You can safely take a levodopa challenge test (a short test where you take a dose of levodopa and your symptoms are watched).
- You do not have major memory or thinking problems that would prevent you from understanding the study.
- You do not have a serious heart, lung, liver, or kidney condition, or an unstable cancer.
