Study of rare parkinsonian conditions

Multiple System AtrophyDementia With Lewy Bodies (DLB)Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP)Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD)

Part of Brain & nervous system, Eyes & vision, Mental health clinical trials.

This study follows people with certain rare brain conditions that affect movement and thinking, such as multiple system atrophy, dementia with Lewy bodies, progressive supranuclear palsy, and corticobasal degeneration. It aims to learn more about how these conditions progress over time, which may help improve future care.

  • Your symptoms started within the last few years (3 years for multiple system atrophy, 2 years for progressive supranuclear palsy).
  • For dementia with Lewy bodies, you must have a certain level of thinking ability (score of 18 or higher on a memory test).
