Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 85 years old.
  • You must have stage 4 (metastatic) cancer with a RAS mutation found in your tumor tissue within the last 5 years.
  • You must have tried at least 2 prior standard cancer treatments that no longer work.
  • Your cancer must be growing when you join.
  • You need adequate blood counts, kidney function, and liver function (these will be checked by your doctor).
  • If you could become pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during treatment.
