  • You are 18 or older
  • You have been diagnosed with critical limb ischemia (severe blockage in leg arteries)
  • Your surgery is planned ahead of time (not an emergency)
  • You do not have severe obesity (BMI over 40)
  • You are able to have spinal anesthesia (no infections or bleeding risks at the injection site)
