Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for surgery to remove a meningioma (a type of brain tumor).
  • You do not have any metal implants (like a pacemaker, metal joint, or metal screws) that could be unsafe in an MRI.
  • You are not in the first three months of pregnancy.
  • You do not have severe claustrophobia or anxiety that would prevent you from getting an MRI.
  • You do not have a high fever or other condition that would make the MRI difficult.
