- You had a stroke that affected the front part of your brain at least 6 months ago
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You can walk at least a little bit with or without help
- You do not have other health problems that keep you from exercising
- You do not have severe trouble understanding or speaking language
- You are not taking medicines that affect your thinking or energy levels
