Who can take part
- You are an adult waiting for a kidney transplant at CHU de Bordeaux.
- Your previous blood tests show that you have developed antibodies (sensitization) against Class I HLA.
- You have only one type of sensitizing event: either a blood transfusion, a past pregnancy, a previous transplant, or no known event.
- You have not received Rituximab (a type of antibody treatment).
- You are not currently taking any immunosuppressive drugs.
- You do not have a history of non-skin cancer or a chronic viral infection, and you have no current acute infection.
