Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have a KRAS gene change (mutation or extra copies), and it must be advanced or spread to other parts of the body.
  • You must be able to swallow pills whole.
  • You must not have had prior treatment with a RAS-targeting drug (like sotorasib or adagrasib).
  • You must not have untreated or growing brain metastases that are causing symptoms.
  • You must be able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
