RC108 and Furmonertinib for first-line treatment of EGFR-mutated and MET-positive NSCLC

Who can take part

  • You must have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is advanced (stage IIIB/IIIC or stage IV) and cannot be surgically removed.
  • You cannot have received any previous systemic treatment (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy) for your advanced or metastatic cancer.
  • Your tumor must have both an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R) and be MET-positive.
  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your health status should allow you to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
