Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have a type of lung cancer called adenocarcinoma with an EGFR mutation (either 19Del or L858R).
- You have not had any prior treatment for advanced lung cancer (no chemo, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy).
- Your cancer has spread to both the brain tissue and the lining around the brain (leptomeninges).
- You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live more than 12 weeks.
