Who can take part
- You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be surgically removed and you have had at least one prior treatment.
- You have at least 2 measurable tumors (not in the brain, liver, or bone) and you are getting or planning to get radiation with a PD-1 inhibitor.
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample (old or new) for testing.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old, with good daily function (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your cancer does not have EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 mutations (based on tumor testing).
- Your blood tests show good organ function (adequate white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney and liver function).
