Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older and are scheduled to have surgery for breast cancer.
- Your breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative, with a high Ki67 score (≥20%).
- You have not had any previous chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer drugs for this breast cancer.
- Your tumor is stage cT2-T4d with or without lymph node involvement, or it is stage cT1c with confirmed spread to lymph nodes.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0-1) and your organs are functioning well enough for treatment.
- You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample and use effective birth control if you are premenopausal.
