Who can take part

  • You must be seen at the UK Pediatric High BMI Clinic.
  • You must have Class 2 or 3 obesity (severe obesity).
  • You must qualify for semaglutide treatment for weight loss.
  • You cannot be taking any other weight-loss or blood pressure medicines.
  • You cannot have certain health problems like kidney or liver disease.
  • You cannot be pregnant, or have a history of a rare thyroid cancer in your family.
