Who can take part

  • Your baby was born before 37 weeks of pregnancy.
  • Your baby is currently less than 6 weeks old (adjusted for prematurity).
  • Your baby has been discharged from the hospital and is in stable health.
  • Your family is willing to continue a home program.
  • Your baby does not have a severe heart problem, was not born earlier than 28 weeks, and does not use a breathing machine.
