  • You are between 40 and 65 years old
  • You have a normal weight, are overweight, or have obesity
  • You are not pregnant
  • You do not take medicine for blood sugar or sleep, and you do not have diabetes, kidney disease, thyroid problems, inflammatory bowel disease, or severe mental or physical illness
  • You have not had weight loss surgery, are not on a weight loss diet, do not work night shifts, and have not traveled across time zones in the past 3 months
  • You own a smartphone with Bluetooth and are willing to wear study devices like a sleep tracker
