Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 27.5 and 34.9.
  • You typically sleep less than 6.5 hours per night for the past 6 months.
  • You are not currently taking medications that affect sleep or blood sugar.
  • You have not been diagnosed with diabetes, a sleep disorder, or a major mental health condition.
  • You do not smoke, are not pregnant or nursing, and drink no more than 3 alcoholic drinks per day.
