Who can take part

  • You are a high school student between 14 and 19 years old
  • You weigh more than is typical for your age and height (overweight or obese)
  • You sleep 7 hours or less on school nights most nights
  • You get 3 hours or less of physical activity per week
  • You are in late puberty (Tanner stage 4 or 5, meaning physical development is nearly or fully complete)
  • You do not have a diagnosed sleep disorder like sleep apnea or insomnia
