Who can take part
- Age 18–65 years old
- Diagnosed with either a nerve/immune disease (MS, NMOSD) or chronic primary insomnia
- Sleep problems at least 3 nights per week for more than 3 months (trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early)
- Significant daytime tiredness or difficulty functioning due to poor sleep
- Not taken sleep medications for at least 4 months before starting
- Willing to avoid all other sleep treatments during the study period
