Who can take part

  • You must have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to treatment.
  • You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
  • Any side effects from past treatments must have mostly gone away (except hair loss).
  • If you had a stem cell transplant, it must be more than 120 days ago, and you must have no active graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) or be off immune-suppressing drugs for 2 weeks.
  • Your kidneys, liver, and heart must be working well enough (kidney filter rate ≥60, liver enzymes within limits, no serious heart problems).
  • You cannot have had any prior treatment with a CD37-targeting drug.
