Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a juxtarenal, suprarenal, or type IV thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm that is a certain size (over 5.5 cm for men, over 5.2 cm for women) or growing quickly (at least 0.5 cm in 6 months).
- Or you have a type IA endoleak after a previous aortic stent graft.
- The part of your aorta where the graft will attach must be long enough (at least 2 cm) and the right size (2 to 3.6 cm wide), with no sharp angles over 75 degrees.
- You are expected to live longer than 2 years.
- Your kidney function is good (creatinine level 3.0 mg/dL or less), and you don't have certain connective tissue disorders like Marfan or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
