Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or schizophreniform disorder within the last few years.
  • You have taken antipsychotic medication for a total of 4 weeks or less in your life.
  • You do not have certain high-risk genetic markers or brain connectivity issues that might affect treatment.
  • You are willing to have an MRI scan and genetic testing.
  • You are not currently using substances (except nicotine, alcohol, or cannabis in mild amounts) and are not pregnant.
