Study of INR102 for advanced prostate cancer (Phase 1/2)

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and willing to sign a consent form.
  • You have a confirmed type of prostate cancer that is PSMA-positive on a special scan.
  • Your testosterone is kept very low (castrate level), but your cancer has still grown based on PSA tests, scans, or new bone spots.
  • You have tried at least one newer hormone therapy (such as enzalutamide, apalutamide, or abiraterone) and a chemotherapy drug like docetaxel, and those treatments stopped working.
  • Your cancer has spread to at least one other part of your body (metastases).
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and overall health (ECOG 0-2) must meet certain minimum levels.
