TRC003 for Advanced Prostate Cancer That Has Progressed

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread beyond the prostate and is no longer responding to hormone therapy or chemotherapy
  • Your cancer cells show PSMA positivity on a special imaging scan (PET scan)
  • You have had or are currently on hormone therapy to keep testosterone at a very low level
  • You are in generally good health with adequate organ function (liver, kidney, heart)
  • You have not received other experimental drugs or certain other treatments within the past 28 days
  • You can commit to birth control methods if you or your partner could conceive, for 6 months after the study ends
