Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have multiple myeloma or light-chain amyloidosis that has returned or is not responding to treatment.
- For multiple myeloma: you have tried at least 2 prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor, an IMiD, or an anti-CD38 antibody.
- For amyloidosis: you have tried at least 1 prior treatment, including a proteasome inhibitor or anti-CD38 antibody.
- You are able to do daily activities with little help (ECOG score 0-2).
- You do not have serious heart, liver, kidney, or blood problems as defined by the study.
