Who can take part

  • You are 65 to 74 years old.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia.
  • You have a related donor (full match or half match) or an unrelated donor that matches at least 7 out of 8 HLA types.
  • Your stem cell source will be from peripheral blood.
  • Your liver, kidney, and lung function are within certain limits, and your heart pumps well.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control during the study.
