Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older with a blood cancer like acute leukemia or MDS, and the disease is well-controlled (low blast count).
  • You will receive a high-dose (myeloablative) chemotherapy regimen before transplant.
  • You have a matched sibling or unrelated donor willing to donate peripheral blood stem cells.
  • Your heart, kidney, lung, and liver function tests meet certain minimum levels.
  • You have not had a prior stem cell transplant or taken ruxolitinib before.
