Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a blood cancer such as acute leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, myelodysplasia, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, or certain types of lymphoma.
  • You are planning to receive a reduced-intensity conditioning stem cell transplant using cells from a related or unrelated donor.
  • Your heart, kidney, lung, and liver functions meet specific minimum levels.
  • You have not had a prior stem cell transplant or used ruxolitinib before.
  • You do not have an active infection, uncontrolled hepatitis, or uncontrolled HIV.
