Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You speak and understand Dutch.
  • Your BMI is under 30, you don't smoke or use nicotine, and you have limited caffeine (≤3 cups coffee/day), alcohol (≤9 units/week), and no use of certain medications unless approved.
  • You don't have other chronic pain, serious sleep disorders (like restless leg), or major medical/psychiatric conditions (e.g., heart disease, depression).
