Who can take part

  • You are between 65 and 95 years old.
  • You walk slowly (slower than most people your age).
  • You have some loss of feeling in your feet (like not feeling a light touch).
  • You do not have serious health problems (like uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe arthritis, or recent heart surgery or fracture).
  • You do not have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, or similar conditions, and you are not taking certain medications for the nervous system.
