- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced or metastatic gastric cancer (stomach or gastroesophageal junction) that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor is pMMR or MSS (terms that mean it doesn't have a specific repair problem).
- You have not had any prior treatment for this cancer, including chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
- You are in generally good health, with no serious heart, lung, kidney, or liver problems.
- You are willing to provide tumor tissue and blood samples for research.
