Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a doctor.
- You have had episodes of freezing of gait (feeling stuck when trying to walk) in the last month.
- Your Parkinson's medication has been stable (no changes) for at least one month before starting.
- You are able to walk and complete a 'timed up and go' test without help or a walker, cane, or other device.
