CAR-T cell therapy for autoimmune diseases that haven't improved
Part of Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD19 on immune cells. It's for people with certain autoimmune diseases like lupus or scleroderma that are still active despite standard treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can help control the disease when other options haven't worked.

This trial tests a new treatment using your own immune cells, modified to target and calm the overactive immune system that causes autoimmune diseases. It may help reduce symptoms for conditions like lupus, scleroderma, and others.
This trial tests a special immune cell therapy (CAR T cells) for people with severe lupus, Sjogren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, and other autoimmune conditions that haven't improved with standard treatments. The therapy is designed to target and reset the immune system.
This trial tests whether a special immune cell treatment (CD19 CAR-T) can help people with certain severe autoimmune diseases that have not improved with standard therapies. It is a very early study to see if the treatment is safe and effective for conditions like lupus, systemic sclerosis, vasculitis, myositis, or Sjögren's syndrome.
This trial tests a personalized cell therapy (CAR-T cells that target CD19 and BCMA proteins) for people with lupus, Sjogren's, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, antisynthetase syndrome, immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, or ANCA-associated vasculitis that has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can reduce disease activity.
This trial tests a special type of cell therapy (CAR-T cells) to see if it can help treat autoimmune diseases like lupus or scleroderma. If you qualify, you might get a chance to try this new approach that could help your immune system stop attacking your own body.
This trial tests a new CAR-T cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD19 and BCMA) on immune cells. It's designed for people with certain autoimmune diseases like lupus, scleroderma, vasculitis, myositis, or Sjögren's syndrome that are not controlled by standard treatments.
