Who can take part
- Diagnosed with one of: lupus, Sjogren's, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, antisynthetase syndrome, immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, or ANCA-associated vasculitis
- Your disease is active despite trying at least 2 different immunosuppressants, or you need high-dose steroids (prednisone 15 mg or more daily) to stay stable
- Aged 18 to 70
- Good enough organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, blood counts) to safely undergo the procedure
- No prior CAR-T therapy or organ transplant
- Not pregnant, and willing to use birth control for at least 1 year after treatment
