Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with CD20-positive marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), including subtypes like splenic, nodal, or extranodal.
- Your disease is at stage III/IV, or stage I/II that came back or got worse after local treatment.
- You have not had any systemic treatment (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy) for MZL before, except for anti-infective treatments like anti-H. pylori or HCV therapy.
- Your blood counts and organ function are within certain limits (your doctor will check).
- You are willing to use effective contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
