Who can take part
- You must be at least 15 years old, with a diagnosis of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
- You either are 60 or older, or are 15-59 and cannot have strong chemotherapy, or are 15-59 and choose not to have strong chemotherapy for personal reasons.
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and lungs must be working well enough (the study team will check this with tests).
- You must not have leukemia that has spread to your brain or spinal fluid.
- You must not have had prior treatment with certain targeted therapies, such as blinatumomab, inotuzumab, or CAR T-cells.
