Who can take part
- You are 18 or older, newly diagnosed with Ph+ B-cell ALL, and have enough leukemia cells showing CD22 (at least 20%).
- Your leukemia has at least 20% blasts in the bone marrow (or you may qualify without bone marrow if blood blasts are very high and a biopsy can’t be done).
- You have confirmed BCR-ABL1 in your leukemia using a lab test (FISH or PCR).
- Your overall health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–2) and your labs/organ function are adequate.
- You started no previous ALL treatment, except you may have had up to 7 days of steroid or hydroxyurea and one dose of medicine given into the spinal fluid.
- You can wait at least 2 weeks after major surgery or radiation (or another study), and you’re recovered from side effects from those treatments.
