This study will test a program to help people in Africa better manage their high blood pressure. It is for adults with high blood pressure who are not taking many medicines and have a smartphone.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have high blood pressure (a reading of 140 or higher at your last visit) and do not have diabetes.
- You are either not taking any blood pressure medicine or are on just one type.
- You get your primary care at one of the clinics taking part in the study.
- You can understand and sign a consent form in English, Twi, Dagbani, Ewe, Hausa, or Yoruba.
- You own a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
