Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have a cancer that started in one place (not small cell or undifferentiated carcinoma) and has spread to a bone with a soft tissue mass at least 30 mm wide.
  • You have not had radiation to that same bone metastasis before.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2) and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, blood clotting) are within certain limits.
