Who can take part
- You have breast cancer that has spread into the bones (confirmed by MRI within 4 weeks).
- The tumor(s) near the spine have limited spread to surrounding soft tissue (no paraosseous soft tissue bigger than 5 cm).
- The tumor is at least 2 mm away from the spinal cord, or you must have had surgery to make it safe first.
- Your overall function is good enough (ECOG 0–2 or KPS 40+).
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney tests are strong enough for treatment (details depend on neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, and liver enzymes).
- You must not have certain spine risks (like unstable spine or current spinal cord compression), and you must be able to have MRI lying flat.
