  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 45.
  • Your blood sugar control is fairly normal (HbA1c at or below 7%) without needing diabetes medication.
  • You can travel to Stanford University in California for in-person visits.
  • You don't have certain health conditions like heart disease, cancer, kidney/liver disease, or an eating disorder.
