Study of blood vessel damage in type 1 diabetes

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 45 years old (or up to 60 if needed).
  • You have type 1 diabetes. Some groups need certain complications, but others can have no or mild complications.
  • You cannot have a current infection, inflammation, pregnancy, or breast-feeding.
  • You must be able to understand study information (no severe cognitive or language barriers).
  • You cannot have scarred or damaged skin in the areas the study devices will check.
