Who can take part

  • You must have geographic atrophy (GA) from dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
  • The GA spot in your study eye should be between the size of a small freckle and a pencil eraser (2.5–12.5 mm²).
  • You need to be willing to get meningococcal and pneumococcal vaccines before the trial starts.
  • You should not have any other active eye disease that could affect your vision or the study results.
  • You must not have had any other treatments for GA injected into your eye (like complement inhibitors).
  • You should not have a history of retinal detachment surgery, active infections, or liver problems.
